Quartz - Voice and Brass combines the most beautiful, soulful female voice with the enticing mellow sounds of our brass instruments, and rhythmic piano to create a truly magical ambiance for your wedding or special event.
We captivate your guests with our unique in-house arrangements of all the modern classic hits from the 60's to the noughties! Choose your bridal entrance, processional and wedding breakfast music from our beautiful repertoire.
Some of favourites include Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Adele, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Aretha Franklin, Bruno Mars, lady Gaga. But our list is very long and continually getting longer! We can even make a special arrangement just for you!
We perform throughout the UK including The Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire.
We are extremely experienced and professional musicians which is reflected in all our performances. We guarantee the most exceptional musical backdrop to elevate your special event.

The name Quartz reflects the groups ethos: music that is clear, resonant and multifaceted. Like the mineral itself, Quartz is shaped by both strength and delicacy - the intimacy of Annette's incredible versatile voice, balanced with powerful yet playful and dynamic brass lines.
Our repertoire spans a wide range of styles, and all are our very own arrangements. Warren creates our amazing arrangements carefully crafting colour and texture allowing each instrument and voice to shine individually and collectively.

WEDDING CEREMONY
30 minutes of beautiful background music whilst your guests arrive, in addition to the bridal entrance (times to perfection of course), signing the register, and exit.
DRINKS RECEPTION
Create more ambiance whilst you and your guests raise a glass of bubbly with a further 30 minutes of your favourite classic love songs, and up tempo beats.
WEDDING BREAKFAST
An hour of relaxed background music to make your special day so memorable.
SPECIAL OCASSION
Up to 2 hours of relaxed background music, including all of your classic favourite pop hits, to elevate your event.

How do we book Quartz?
Simple. You can call us on 07557 052 711 or email us at quartz4info@gmail.com
What equipment does Quartz need?
We need access to one electrical socket.
We provide everything we else we need, including chairs.
We also have a small PA system.
How much space do you need to perform comfortably?
We need an indoor or covered area of about 3m x 2m, sufficient to seat 3 chairs (we provide our own), a stage piano and a small PA.
The gound must be level.
How much time do you need to set up and take down?
It takes us about 45 minutes to set up and we prefer to do this before you and your guests arrive to avoid any disruption.
It takes about 30 minutes to take down. We prefer to do this when you and your guests have relocated.
Can you perform in more than one location for our event?
We prefer not to as it involves taking down our equipment and setting up again.
We would like to perform a song not on your repertoire list?
We can do this for you! We offer a professional music arrangement service. We need at least 4 months notice, and our arranger charges a professional service fee for each song. Fees start at £300 per song, which can take around xx hours to write, produce and rehearse. All our music is performed live, not to a backing track.
Do you perform at other types of event?
Yes we do! We regularly perform at other functions and formal or corporate events including business luncheons, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations and shows.

Quartz is made up of two husband and wife teams!
Annette and Warren, and Paul and Tracey. And we have been great friends for many years.
We think that's important for you to know - the bond between us, our closeness and trust of each other shows through in our performances and the music we make together.
We are all professional musicians and have been performing for many years as individuals and together as Quartz.
Our shared love for music is evident when we perform together. We naturally fall into sync! We use dynamic variation and control to add contrast to our music.
And with our professional advice and experience, we can help bring together your ideas and create the perfect musical backdrop for your wedding or special occasion.
